Quality Assurance Policy

For Sony FCB camera module, we will provide one-year quality assurance maintenance service. After the warranty period expires, our company will provide life-long maintenance service. The cost of spare parts is calculated according to the cost price at the time of maintenance. During the warranty period, if the spare parts are damaged due to the user's non-standard operation, use, storage or maintenance, water leakage, abnormal voltage accidents, lightning strikes and other natural disasters, This warranty shall automatically become void.

Maintenance Service Process

The after-sales department of our company receives the maintenance machine returned by the customer and enters the maintenance registration form in time;
Submit to the engineer for confirmation and judgment, confirm whether the product is within the scope of warranty, whether the fault fed back by the customer really exists, and preliminarily judge whether the fault needs to be returned to Sony official service center for repair. If it does not need to be returned, the after-sales engineer of our company will repair it;
After returning to Sony official service center, the engineer of Sony official service center shall judge the cause of the fault and confirm whether it is within the warranty period. If it is not within the warranty period, the corresponding cost shall be charged;
Wait for Sony official service center to repair and return, and the time period is generally about two to four weeks;
If Sony official service center is short of spare parts, the corresponding maintenance time will increase. We will inform the customer of the estimated repair time;
Once the product is repaired and returned to our company, our engineers will confirm again whether it has been completely repaired;
Return the repaired product to the customer.
