The autumn breeze brings coolness, and osmanthus fragrance drifts through the lanes. On the 15th day of the eighth lunar month in 2026, Mid-Autumn Festival arrives as promised.

There are twelve full moons in a year, but only this one is called reunion.

This year’s Mid-Autumn holiday runs from September 25 to 27, three days in total—just enough to carve out an unhurried stretch of time to return home, gather with loved ones, and admire the moon.

Mid-Autumn Festival 2026

Mid-Autumn is a romance etched into the bones of the Chinese people. The ancients looked up at the bright moon in the sky to express their longing; today, we still use this clear radiance to cross mountains and seas and hurry to our family’s side.

Wherever moonlight reaches, there is home.

Some pack their bags and set out on the road home, heading for that steaming hot dinner at home; some are in a foreign land, inviting a few close friends, setting out mooncakes and fruit, and admiring the full moon together; and some stay at their posts, guarding the lights of countless homes in ordinary jobs, hiding their longing deep in their hearts.

Wherever moonlight reaches, there is home.

A mooncake holds the warmth of everyday life.

The round shape of a mooncake symbolizes reunion and completeness. Salty egg yolk, sweet lotus seed paste, velvety taro paste—different flavors carry the same hope. There is no need to chase luxurious gift boxes; what matters is sitting around chatting, sharing sweetness, and talking about daily life.

Leave the words you cannot say to the moon.

Chinese people have always been reserved in expressing affection.

We rarely say “I miss you”; we just ask “Have you eaten?”

We rarely say “I’m tired”; we just say “I’m fine, don’t worry.”

We rarely say “Don’t get old”; we just quietly add a massager and a box of low-sugar mooncakes to our shopping cart.

Leave the words you cannot say to the moon.

So Mid-Autumn becomes the most respectable outlet of the year—

You can justifiably buy a box of mooncakes and send it home; you can use the excuse of “moon gazing” to make a long video call; and before hanging up, with one sentence—“The moon is so round”—you can say all the words you could not say.

Parents grow old; we get busy; the moon does not.

Year after year it becomes full, delivering longing on behalf of all those who are not good with words.

Admiring the moon, tasting mooncakes, and chatting about daily life are the simplest rituals of Mid-Autumn. With the evening breeze blowing gently and the moonlight tender, put down your daily busyness and gather properly with those around you.

May the one you miss be right by your side at this moment;

May what you hope for be on its way.

Tonight the bright moon is gazed at by all; who knows in whose home autumn longing will fall.

—What falls upon your home is all longing; what stays in your heart is all reunion.

Our company wishes you a happy Mid-Autumn Festival, peace and health for your whole family, and fulfillment in everything!
