HD-HDMI Compatible Interface Board is specifically designed and tailored for Sony's FCB series cameras, aiming to provide outstanding solutions for the high-definition video field.
It adopts a single 4-layer military-grade PCB board, with its surface treated through gold plating to enhance solderability and effectively prevent virtual soldering issues.
High-quality electronic components are selected, including a HDMI-compatible interface, ARM processor, imported original chips from abroad, and capacitors and resistors from reputable brands. From component selection to process, every aspect ensures product performance and quality, providing stable and reliable control support for high-definition block cameras.
1. Connection and Signal Recognition: By connecting to the Sony FCB HD series cameras via an LVDS cable, various formats of high-definition signals can be automatically recognized and displayed without any setup required for the camera.
2. Parameter Setup and Control:
•OSD menus can be accessed through a five-way button or RS485 control keyboard, facilitating the setup and saving of various technical parameters for the block cameras.
•Supports RS485 control and can automatically recognize PELCO-D and PELCO-P protocols. The baud rate can be set to 2400bps, 4800bps, or 9600bps,
with an address configuration range of 1-255.
3. Functional Characteristics:
•Equipped with power-off memory function. After saving the camera core parameter settings, there is no need to reset the parameters when the camera is
powered on again after a power outage.
•Features a unique video format modification function. When the image cannot be displayed, the video format can be adjusted to 720P50 or 1080I50, and
the video format can be remotely changed via a 485 control keyboard.
•Offers 10 preset positions and an automatic touring function (optional), with cruising time configurable between 5-999 seconds.
•Compatible with various domestically produced camera cores supporting the Sony VISCA protocol.
4. Application Fields: The HD-HDMI compatible interface board is widely used in fields such as aerial photography, weak-light imaging, video conferencing, medical equipment, and other professional instrumentation equipment.
